Heart's Home

A home of hospitality

Heart's Home is a Catholic Nonprofit Organization founded in 1990. It forms and sends volunteers all around the world to be a presence of consolation to the ones who suffer the most.

Hearts HomeSince 1990 more than 1,400 volunteers from 38 nationalities became part of this radical adventure with God leading them to a new country, a new heart and a new gaze. “The volunteers will not set off as conquerors, but as servants, even as disciples. They will begin this adventure being sure that they will receive much more than they will give... They will mainly be seekers of God.” (Heart’s Home’s Charter).

Every Heart's Home center is a community of 4 or 5 young adults immersed in an underprivileged area and sharing a simple life with their neighbors. It is a home of hospitality where anyone knocking at the door will be welcomed and listened to.
